Compliance Policy
The Compliance Program at 360 Anesthesia is designed to ensure that all employees and contractors are aware of and adhere to the laws and regulations that govern our industry. This includes but is not limited to, laws related to patient privacy and confidentiality, billing and coding practices, and anti-kickback and fraud prevention.
As part of our Compliance Program, we provide ongoing education and training to all employees and contractors to ensure they are knowledgeable about their legal and ethical responsibilities. We also have policies and procedures in place to guide employees in their day-to-day activities and to address any potential compliance issues that may arise.
In addition, we have established a system for reporting any concerns or suspected violations of laws or regulations. This includes a confidential submission that employees and contractors can use to report any concerns anonymously, if they choose to do so. We take all reports seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
Our Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the Compliance Program and ensuring its effectiveness. They work closely with management and other key stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures, provide training and education, and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
At 360 Anesthesia, we believe that compliance is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior, and we expect all employees and contractors to uphold these values in their work. By doing so, we can ensure that we are providing the highest quality care to our patients while also meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
